Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the terms, conditions, and procedures for using all services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

User: An individual or entity that receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Usage Agreement: An agreement entered into between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Services.
Sign-up: The act of completing the service usage agreement by filling out the application form provided by the Company and agreeing to these Terms.
Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing the required personal information to the website.
User ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the User and approved by the Company for identification and service access.
Password: A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters set by the User to protect their personal information.
Termination: An expression of intent by the Company or the Member to terminate the usage agreement after the start of service.

Article 3 (Effect and Revision of Terms)

① These Terms become effective upon being posted on the service screen or announced through notice boards or other means.

② The Company may revise these Terms when deemed necessary. Revised Terms will be announced on the service screen, and continued use of the Services after 7 days from announcement constitutes agreement to the changes.

③ Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may terminate their registration and discontinue use of the Services.

Chapter 2: Service Usage Agreement

Article 4 (Formation of Agreement)

The usage agreement is concluded when the applicant agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the application.

Article 5 (Application for Service)

Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information on the membership application form provided by the Company.

Chapter 3: Obligations of the Parties

Article 6 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall make every effort to provide continuous and stable services as stipulated in these Terms, and promptly handle user feedback and legitimate complaints.

Article 7 (Obligations of the Member)

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their ID and Password, and must not engage in any illegal activities or infringe upon the rights of others while using the Services.

Chapter 4: Miscellaneous

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and submitted to the competent court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

Camping Plain Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values your personal information and complies with applicable laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal data.

Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of how the personal information provided by customers is used, processed, and what security measures are implemented to protect your personal information.

If the Company amends this Privacy Policy, it will notify users through website announcements or individual notices.

The Company collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultations, customer inquiries, and service delivery:

Collected Items: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Login ID, Password, Password Security Questions/Answers, Email, Service Usage Records, Access Logs, Cookies, IP Address, Payment Records.
Collection Method: Website registration forms, inquiry forms, and customer bulletin boards.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

Fulfillment of service contracts and provision of requested customer services.
Member management: Identity verification for membership services, prevention of unauthorized use and fraudulent activities, confirmation of intent to register, age verification, and processing customer inquiries.

3. Retention and Use Period

In principle, personal information is promptly destroyed once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if retention is required pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, the Company retains the information for the specified statutory periods.

Records on Contract or Subscription Withdrawal: 5 Years
Records on Payment and Supply of Goods: 5 Years
Records on Consumer Complaints or Dispute Resolution: 3 Years
Records on Website Access Logs: 3 Months
